Newly Passed AB 670 Changes Rules for HOA’s & ADU's

If you live in an HOA that does not look favorable on ADU’s like Mark West Estates in Santa Rosa, this newly passed bill changes things for you! Depending on your lot size and if you meet the requirements per The County you may be able to add an accessory dwelling unit. This new bill voids HOA restrictions on ADU’s.
